I hereby confirm that the details above are correct and that I have read understood and accept Top of the Pack (Cheshire) Terms & Conditions
In case of extreme weather conditions (e.g. storm) or accident, Top of the Pack Cheshire may cut a walk or training session short for the safety of the dogs and the walkers. Cancellations by the dog owner with less than 7 days notice for stays will be charged at the full fee. Cancellations by the dog owner with more than 7 days notice will be moved to the next available boarding stay or discounted against another service. Cancellations by Top of the Pack will be offered on another date or a replacement offered on another service of the same value. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm you have received approval from a Veterinary Doctor that your dog is in good health and can safely go for long walks. If your dog has any kind of medical condition (e.g. hip dysplasia) which makes it unsafe for them to take part in rigorous physical exercise and/or hill walking, you are required to alert us of these as soon as possible and before attendance. At the time of booking with Top of the Pack Cheshire, dog owners must disclose any details known about the dog’s behaviour patterns before they stay at TOTP. These may include (but not limited to) behavioural challenges such as not coming when their name is called, chasing wildlife or farm animals, fearfulness, anxiety, reactivity, guarding people/food/toy/bed. We also need to know about any nervousness or defensive behaviour towards people like growling, charging, lunging, or cowering. The dog owner must disclose details of any previous incidents including (but not limited to) causing injury or distress to people, dogs, or other animals. Failure on the part of the dog owner to disclose any information which might mean the dog cannot attend daycare, boarding or Socialisation Walks and group activities will be regarded as a breach of this contract. If a dog’s behaviour is deemed to be unsuitable for any group activities, Top of the Pack Cheshire reserves the right terminate the service agreement immediately. We will typically recommend that your dog takes a temporary break from our dog walks while being privately assisted on One to One Training Walks as an alternative until a time comes they can safely join TOTP. Do not feed a large meal to your dog prior to any group session or walk.
Consent is given for the following activities whilst in the care of Top of the Pack Cheshire
